Terms of Service

By engaging Nordstroem Digital ("Agency", "we", "us") for any digital services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Structure

We operate on a strictly enforced milestone payment structure to ensure commitment and resource allocation.

2. Scope of Work & Revisions

The project includes the specific deliverables outlined in your proposal/invoice. Any additional features, pages, or design changes requested outside of this scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

We provide up to two (2) rounds of revisions during the design phase. Revisions are defined as minor tweaks (colors, text, placement). Structural changes or "re-dos" are considered new scope.

3. Post-Delivery Liability (Important)

Once the project is delivered and approved by the Client, the engagement is considered complete.

3.1. No Maintenance Liability

Nordstroem Digital is not liable for any issues, errors, downtime, or bugs that occur after the final delivery date. This includes, but is not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordstroem Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered website/software.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and credentials in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets will result in a delay in the project timeline. We reserve the right to pause or archive projects where the Client has been unresponsive for more than 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the final invoice, the Client is granted full ownership of the final website code and design assets. Nordstroem Digital retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, libraries, or reusable code segments used during development.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time. If the Client terminates the project, the upfront deposit is non-refundable, and the Client is liable for any work completed beyond the deposit amount at our hourly rate.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, homeplace of Nordstroem Digital & it's associates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen.
